An elderly woman aged 30 years married for 12 years with Bad Obstetric History of Gravida I , II & III were Anembryonic pregnancy came to our hospital . We gave her pre-pregnancy counselling. All basic investigations along with Recurrent Pregnancy Loss specific investigations done and
treated accordingly. Patient got conceived. She was a known case of Hypothyroid and was on medication. She was moderately anemia for which Parentral Iron was given as she was not tolerating with oral Iron. With all this and tender loving care throughout her pregnancy which is indeed necessary for RPL care , she delivered an alive & healthy boy baby through Elective LSCS. Now the patient is enjoying her happy motherhood.
